Available online or face-to-face our 3-hour and full-day workshops are designed for frontline staff and aged care leaders.
Under Strengthened Standard 7 in the new Aged Care Act, providers are expected to create environments where people can maintain relationships of their choosing, free from judgement, including intimate relationships, and engage in sexual activity.
Our workshops equip you to balance compliance, risk management and family concerns with the individual's right to maintain meaningful relationships and express themselves in ways that matter to them.
