Written by Hammond Innovations | Nov 7, 2025 1:50:15 AM

Our timeline shows a daring journey, moving towards improved quality of life for people in need, dealing with more and more complex conditions, building our expertise and understanding of dementia and palliative care, and creating the very best spaces and conditions to support people with compassion and respect as they age, whether at home, in hospital, or in residential care.

Now, Hammond Innovations continues that story, ensuring we – as a health and aged care sector – are equipped to care, to the very best of our ability, for the coming generations.

Hammond Innovations is looking forward to taking the next steps in innovation, ready to turn bright ideas into better care.

Right now, we’re looking for:

  • Research partners: Organisations and institutions working in the aged care space, or who have the technological and digital capabilities we need, to co-design, test and produce solutions that will lead to better care.
  • Donors: People and organisations who want to put their funding where their hearts are and invest in and support this transformation, to help build pathways to better care.
  • Bright ideas: What are the problems in your care context, and what do you think we can do to solve them? We know that those working every day in this space have plenty to say and plenty to suggest. We want to take them to the next level.

Get in touch and we’ll talk!
